JamFeed Inc., a Delaware corporation (“JamFeed,” “our,” “us,” or "we") respects your privacy. We created this Privacy Policy to let you know what information we collect and how we use it, as well as our information sharing and protection practices.
This Privacy Policy applies to:
● The website www.jamfeed.com (the “Website”); ● Our proprietary service (the “Service”); ● Any mobile application(s) we offer in connection with the Service (the “App”); and ● Any email, text and other electronic communications between you and the JamFeed.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to: ● Information we collect offline or by any other means (such as through other websites or services we may offer); and
● Information collected by our affiliates or any other third parties, which may have their own privacy policies.

If you do not agree with theAgreement, your remedy is to not access the Website or App, use the Service, or provide us any information about yourself via email, text or electronic communication. By using the Service, the Website, the App or by submitting electronic communications to us, you consent to the practices prescribed in the Agreement.
What information does JamFeed collect?
● Personal Information.
When we refer to "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we mean any information by which you may be personally identified or contacted, whether online or offline. When you use the Service, fill out any forms located on the Website, or use the App, we may collect certain Personal Information from you, such as your first and last name, employer information, home or other physical address, email address and password, phone number, or other contact information, whether at work or at home, credit card or other payment information, and, if you elect to link your account with a social media site, your user information, pictures and other content for that social media account. It is always your choice whether or not to provide Personal Information. If you choose not to provide requestedPersonal Information, you may not be able to participate in certain activities or use certain features of the Service or the App.
● Technical Information.
We may also collect and use technical data and related information, such as information about your device, system and application software, peripherals and other data related to your interactions with the Service (“Technical Information”). We may automatically collect Technical Information through cookies, flash cookies, web beacons and log files. The information we collect from these technologies may include your IP address, device ID, browser information and the page you request. JamFeed does not consider this information to be Personal Information.
● Geo-Location Information.
We may also collect information about your geographic location from you or your device, including your country, region, city, zip code, street address, timezone, latitude, longitude, velocity, bearing, altitude and horizontal position representation information (“Geo-Location Information”).
● Social Information.
We may also collect information about you from various third party services (e.g. Facebook, Spotify, and others) through their applicable APIs or otherwise(“Social Information”).
● Online Tracking and Do Not Track Signals.
We may use the Website and the Service to collect information from your web browser about your activities over time and across third-party websites, applications or other online services (“Online Tracking Information”).Your web browser may allow you to opt-out of our collection of Online Tracking Information by selecting a “do not track” (or similar) setting. However, we do not currently have processes to address those settings or other “do not track” requests, and consequently, cannot guarantee that we will honor such requests. If you do not want us to collect this information, do not use the Website, the Service or the App.
Information You Voluntarily Disclose
Certain features of the Service and the App are designed to publicly display or publish Information that you choose to provide to other users of the Service or App or to other third parties. These features include may include things such as message boards, chat rooms, wall posts, profile information and personalized news feeds. Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose Information through the Service or the App, that Information can be collected and used by others. Additionally, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties or make others aware of your location. You submit this Information at your own risk. We are not responsible for the security or privacy of anyInformation you choose to submit in connection with these public features.
How does JamFeed use Information?
Except as described in this Privacy Policy or in our Terms of Service, Personal Information, TechnicalInformation, Geo-Location Information, Social Information and Online Tracking Information(collectively, “Information”) that you provide or that we collect will not be sold or disclosed for any commercial purpose and will only be used Personal Information as follows: ● To provide software updates, product support, product enhancements and other services to you related to the Service, the App and the Website.
● To provide payment processing and account management, operate, measure and improve our Service, keep our Service safe, secure and operational, and customize Website and App content. ● To contact you regarding your account, to respond to your requests or questions, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed or as otherwise necessary to provide you customer service. ● To send you transactional communications. For example, we might send you emails about your purchase or continued service.
● To contact about this policy or our website terms and/or to send an email on behalf of our marketing partners. ● To improve, market or promote JamFeed’s products and services (including the Service). ● To enable you to participate in features of the Service or the App. ● To communicate with you, including about the Service or the App. ● To alert you to product upgrades, special offers, updated information and other new products and services offered by JamFeed or its third party partners. ● To respond to comments, questions or requests for customer service. ● To display advertisements, including advertisements from third parties. ● To monitor and improve the information security of our Website and App. ● In the context of a sale, merger or acquisition with another business or potential business partner or private equity firm. ● For any other purpose we may describe when you provide the Information. We may also use your Information for any other purpose with your consent as permitted by law.
We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any Information that we reasonably believe is necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, interests, or safety of us, our employees, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. With respect to financial information you may provide to make purchases, our third party processor,Stripe, will collect and store your bank account and/or payment card details. Data and Blind Data
You own all right, title, and interest in and to any data (excluding Technical Information) that we collect from you via your use of and interaction with the Service (“Data”). You also grant to us anon-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty free license to use any data we collect based on your use of the App or the Service in order to provide, monitor and improve the Service and to compile, synthesize and analyze this Data (“Blind Data”), such as to generate anonymous usage statistics. If we generate Blind Data, it will be owned by us and we may use it for any lawful business purpose. AnyBlind Data will not personally identify you or the source of the Data.
Information We Share
Except as described in this Privacy Policy, JamFeed does not share, rent or sell your Personal Information with third parties. JamFeed or its agents, vendors or contractors may disclose Information, including your Personal Information, to third parties in the following circumstances:
● To agents, vendors or contractors that we use to support the internal operations of our business including the Service, the App and the Website and who are required to keep theInformation confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
● If required to do so by law, comply with legal process or to comply with a governmental or regulatory request; ● To protect and defend the rights or property of JamFeed or its agents or contractors; ● To enforce our Terms of Service or other JamFeed agreements; ● To act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Service, the App or the Website or the public; and
● As part of a transaction or potential transaction where JamFeed merges with another organization, files for bankruptcy, or sells its assets or capital stock.
Security of Your Information
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect the Information.These safeguards include storing your Information on our secure servers behind firewalls and using encryption technology. Despite the actions and precautions we take, no data transmissions over theInternet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of the Information and you acknowledge and agree that you transmit it to us at your own risk.
Third-Party Websites, Services and Technologies
We may provide links to third-party websites on the Website or in other communications to you. These links may appear as a specific domain name or URL or may be activated by clicking on an advertisement or other icon or graphic. Please be aware that other websites and services, including the websites of third parties that you connect with through the Service, may collect personally identifiable information about you. We cannot control and are not responsible for the information collection practices of any third-party websites, services or applications. We encourage you to carefully review their terms of use, privacy policies, and any other legal notifications before using or providing information through such websites, services or applications. Further, the Service may employ third party technologies that require you to accept such third party’s terms. This Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of those third-party technologies.
Lawful Basis for Processing
We will only collect and process Information about you where we have lawful bases. Lawful bases include consent (where you have given consent); via contract (where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (e.g. to deliver the Service you have requested)); to protect vital interest; and when we have “legitimate interests”, which includes direct marketing. Where we process Information based on consent you may withdraw your consent at any time, but that will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data prior to such withdrawal. Where we rely on contract, we will ask that you agree to the processing of personal data that is necessary for entering into or performance of your contract with us. We provide a voluntary service; you can choose whether or not you want to use the Service. However, if you want to use the Service, you need to agree to our Terms of Use, which set out the contract between the Company and you.
As we operate in countries worldwide (including the US) and use technical infrastructure in the US to deliver the Service to you, in accordance with the contract between us, we may need to transfer yourInformation to the US and to other jurisdictions as necessary to provide the Service. Where we rely on legitimate interests as a basis for Information processing, you have the right to object. We may process your Information, including personal data, for the purposes of our legitimate interests or for the legitimate interests of third parties including our partners, provided that such processing shall not outweigh your rights and freedoms. For example, we may process your Personal Information to:

International Transfers
Information collected from you may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which JamFeed or its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents or contractors maintain facilities. If you are accessing the Service from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, please note that you are agreeing to the transfer of your data to the United States and processing globally. By providing your Information, you consent to any transfer and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
What Information you can access – what choices you have
You can always opt not to disclose Information or to disable certain tools on your browser or device.However, this may limit your ability to fully utilize the Service. You may be able to add, update, or delete Information as explained above. When you updateInformation, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised Information in our records. Please note that some Information may remain in our records for legitimate business reasons even after your deletion of such Information, such as our analyzing aggregated data regarding past usage of the Service (but not in a manner that would identify you personally). Additionally, through Google’s security settings page, you may revoke consent to the use of API Data related to you that was accessed or stored by the Service pursuant to such consent. Company shall delete all such APIData no later than thirty (30) calendar days following such revocation. If you don’t want to receive e-mail or other communications from us, you can adjust your email preferences from your account, or opt-out by clicking on the link provided in the emails.
Children’s Privacy
The Website, the App and the Service are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Information from children under 13. If you believe that we may have collectedInformation from a child under the age of 13, please contact us at info@jamfeed.com.
Information Choices and Changes
We may need to communicate with you about the Service, Website and/or the App, and we would like to make certain commercial offers available to you from time to time. As such, you consent to receive commercial messages (whether by phone, email, text or push notifications) from us or our third party partners, and acknowledge and agree that your primary phone numbers and email addresses and other information may be used for the purpose of initiating commercial messages. We will allow you to opt-out of receiving commercial messages, but in order to stop receiving any messages from us whatsoever (including administrative messages regarding the Service or messages that are primarily about transactions enabled via the Service), you will need to terminate your account.1
Depending on your browser, you may be able to remove and reject cookies from our Website or theService by changing your browser settings. The default setting of many browsers is set to accept cookies until you change your settings. Please note that if you disable or refuse cookies, certain features of the Website, App or the Service may become inaccessible or may not function properly.
How long we retain your Information
We generally retain your Information as long as reasonably necessary to provide you the Services or to comply with applicable law. However, even after you deactivate your account, we can retain copies ofInformation about you and any transactions or Service in which you may have participated for a period of time that is consistent with applicable law, applicable statute of limitations or as we believe is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, to detect or prevent fraud, to collect fees owed, to resolve disputes, to address problems with our Service, to assist with investigations, to enforce our Terms of Use or other applicable agreements or policies, or to take any other actions consistent with applicable law.
Information you have shared with others (e.g. through comments or other posts) will remain visible after you close your account or delete the information from your own account, and we do not control data that other users copied out of our Service.
California Privacy Rights
Shine the Light
Under California Civil Code Sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to ask us for a notice identifying the categories of Personal Information that we share with our affiliates and/or third parties for marketing purposes, and providing contact information for such affiliates and/or third parties. We will respond to one request per California customer each year, and we do not respond to requests made by means other than as set forth above.
California Do Not Track Disclosure
Do Not Track is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. When a user turns on the Do Not Track signal, the browser sends a message to websites requesting them not to track the user. At this time, we do not respond to Web browser “do not track” settings or signals. As described in our Cookie Policy, we deploy cookies and other technologies on our Service to collect information about you and your browsing activity, even if you have turned on the Do Not Track signal.
EU/EEA data subject rights
If you access the Website, App or our Services from the European Union you may be eligible for certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (the“GDPR”), including the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country if you believe we have breached your data protection rights and we have not adequately addressed your concerns.

Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your PersonalInformation conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent. When theprocessing of your Personal Information is for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object to such processing.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to our collection and/or processing of your PersonalInformation any time by contacting us. Copyright Policy
If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Website or in the Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send our Copyright Agent a notice of infringement with the following information: (a) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright; (b) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; (c) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the App or theWebsite; (d) your address, telephone number, and primary email address; (e) a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This is our entire Privacy Policy and it replaces any earlier version. We may change this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on the Website or through the Service or the App, and it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
If we make material changes to our practices regarding the collection, use and sharing of your Personal Information, we will notify you via e-mail to the email address you provide to us and/or through a notice on the Website home page or via the Service or the App.
